Passion is Aspiration!

In a gloomy night, from the servant's room below the staircase of a freaky house, there started coming sounds of cries of a young boy. The boy had no parents. He had lost them in a fatal accident when he was only 10 months and had been living with his so-called step-mother since then. The boy grew to hate his step-mother. He had been kept aloof from the truth of how his parents died. He had also been kept aloof from the bitter most truth that his parents' accident was not really an accident but a conspiracy by his own step-mother in greed of their wealth and all their properties. He had been living for 6 years in his own house as a slave unknowing of the fact that the house was to be his. But one thing that the boy liked of having was his voice.

In that dark night, one could see the pearls of pain, anger and helplessness coming out of his iron-red eyes. He was crying for love, care and affection that he couldn't get or find anywhere. He was begging for someone who could love him and care for him. Seeing him cry up from the heavens, the gods also started crying. There were thunderstorms and it rained cats and dogs for 5 long hours. The boy sang some song in memory of his parents and went to sleep.

The next day when the boy woke up, he first went to the well to fetch some water for his step-mother as he had been doing for the last 2 years. He had to walk for 5 miles carrying 2 heavy metal buckets and come back with the same 2 huge buckets filled with water up-to the brim. When he came home, he cooked meals for everyone and had to satisfy his own hunger with the left over food and also washed the dishes afterwards. Everyday, the whole day, he had spent only working for the family. Everyday, his love to sing was dying as he rarely got a chance to sing. One could tell that he could make a good servant but no-one, including the boy himself, didn't know that he had a great voice. He would have never known it for his step-mother didn't want to let him succeed in life but one day, accidently but yes, the boy came to know about his ability in the market while buying provisions. He was humming some song when he got hit by a great music artist. The artist was attracted to his voice. He wanted to listen to his song and so, the boy sang in the publicplace. This left the public mesmerised including the artist. He told the boy to practice and gave him his visiting card also.

The boy came home making merry with a smile on his always-sad and inexpressive face. His step-mother asked him the reason for his happiness and when the boy recited the incident and told that he was soon going to be a great singer, everyone laughed, criticized and made fun of him. When they got to know about that incident, the neighbors also laughed at him. This made the boy sad again and he went into his room crying.

When the boy turned 7 and it became mandatory for him to be sent to school, his step-mother had to put him in a school but she didn't miss a chance of showing him down. She gave him an old and shabby school bag, a worn out uniform and books good for nothing. Even with these, he could work but the school made it even difficult for him to live his life. He got lots of homework to do, lots of useless things and formulae to learn everyday. And that stopped him from doing the household chores. When he didn't do homework, he was beaten at school and when he didn't do housework, he was subjected to hunger and the anger of his step-mother. How would he be able to do everything? After all, there are limits as to what a 7 year boy can do. The school had become a nightmare of the boy. He was made to study useless things what he wasn't interested in and had to do everything what he didn't want to. He could not do both the homework and the housework anytime. In the world of competition, rage and anger, the boy was working everyday. His soul, his passion was being killed by the society, school and his step-mother. He was badly screwed by school. This made him leave the sucking school forever.

But his problems didn't end here. He was lashed like a hound and was keeping hungry for days. In his hardest times, the artist came out of nowhere and showed him the light. He adopted him, nurtured him as his own son and also brought out his skills, his passion for singing. The boy turned into a man and made a great success in the field of singing. He became a great singer. The public said that these kind of artists are one in millions. His step-mother is now crying as she couldn't have her hands on the boy's money. She is now old and helpless bedridden due to old age and. She is now at the verge of death with one of her legs already in the grave. She is also suffering from deadly diseases. It is certain that she is now paying for her actions. It is a universal truth that good leads to heaven and bad leads to hell.
